Tasting Notes

Aromatic cassis and blackberries with herbaceous minty notes follow through to an elegantly structured palate with well-integrated toasted French oak. Cellaring potential is up to six years.


The fruit was destemmed, crushed and fermented in open vats. The ferment was plunged three times per day, for colour and tannin extraction. The wine was matured in lightly toasted and double toasted French oak for nine months for further complexity. The wine had minimal fining and filtering prior to bottling.
